We arrange for your air port pickups and drop off either at Entebbe air port or Kihihi air strip when notified in advance even we do arrange safaris for clients who arrange with us it in time using a 4×4 Land cruiser, mini bus or a saloon car

Treat yourself to a rejuvenating full body massage. We call it gorilla trekking warm down massage, however lots of clients book for it on arrival at the lodge and for after gorilla trek or even it can be booked through your Tour Agent.

Our attentive highly trained staffs are more than happy to serve drinks and snacks to you while you are in your room. Why not have cashew nuts and coffee whilst sitting back on your terrace admiring the views of the rain forest.

We prepare for our clients before the exact date of trekking for Gorillas through the forest. This must be booked by your tour operator prior to arrival. We charge $700 per head.

At Haven lodge we have WI-FI in the main building, this is free to use for clients (internet speed in this area of Uganda are temperamental and can be faster as well as extremely slow).
